“Shake Off the Shame: How to Let Go of Self-Judgement and Self-Blame” features Rachel Grant and is part of our ongoing series of free educational programs are designed to increase our community understandings of the nuanced impacts of sexual violence, the spectrum of survivor identities and how to provide survivor-centered care and the variety of holistic healing art modalities that can facilitate the transformation of trauma. This call is perfect for you if you are a survivor of childhood sexual abuse and are overwhelmed with judgmental thoughts, still believe the abuse was your fault, or struggle with self-worth and/or you desire to put an end to shame and self-blame and reconnect to your genuine self in order to move on with your life and be the person you were meant to be.
